I asked my spiritual leader, why does Africa keep suffering in every way (drought, hunger, famine, aids, civil wars, dictators...), he responded saying that most Africans resorted to using the dark arts for their own benefit and now it has just come back to haunt them.

What goes around comes...

Other than that the will to change and develop it, is far away, most afrian nations have not yet reached 21st century development.
