So, should we interpret this as the folks that make their living selling and financing homes are upset because illegal immigrants and people who can't actually afford to pay for the homes they were being sold, now can't get loans because the houses really weren't worth what these same groups said they were just a short time ago, and subsequently sales commissions are down sharply?

P.S: These same groups don't have a problem with the taxpayers picking up the tab for their carnage.

Huh? Declining markets are hurting everyone not just minorities. In Baltimore the best markets for appreciation have been in minority neighborhoods... do the research.

21223 is a strange expamle, there is nothing there, no development but it has had a huge growth in price... Check your facts before you write a headline.

Declining markets don't discriminate! With all due respect, the issue impacts people with less than good credit who also don't have a lot of cash on hand. It just so happens that a higher percentage of minorities fall into that category. Race is only an issue here if you happen to be a "minority". Otherwise it's just the way things are.

I am a white guy in Texas(That makes me a minority in this state).
A declining market situation wouldn't affect me because I would put down AT LEAST 5%

to market to an affordable prestigious peopled folk, they must not bend to uncraftmanship living. Declining living is not acceptable. Minorites must improved the Perfection of Quality Life.
