I request a mis trial of WR Grace vs The People they murdered of Libby Mt.They got away with knowingly poisoning a entire town and millions sick and dying today.USA is a disGrace to We the People for allowing this and doing nothing to protect the People.Can we say Holocaust.

You understand that a mis trial can only be called during the trial. In the case of WR Grace back in 2009 there was almost a mis trial called. You recall there was a government agent who got too friendly with one of the ex grace employees who was providing documentation to the government. Grace found out and challenged all of the documentation he presented in court. In any case I don't think WR Grace would be the problem here. The main issues is the lack of any worker protection in Montana or for that matter, anywhere in the US prior to the mid '80's

I know its hard for you to understand but end of the day there was no laws that Grace was violating during the mines operation in Libby. You can complain all you want about past history - but its just that - past history. All of the issued have been addressed and the people effected by this are getting the help they need. Along with the town determination to get past this, its on its way to becoming one of Montana's destination locations.
