Fred Phelps is a life-long Democrat to this day, and did a lot for black folks in Kansas back in the day.
Fred Phelps is an old white man near death now after all these years, but he helped lots of poor black folks starting in the 50s.
Fred Phelps is a staunch believer in the equal rights of citizens regardless of race.
