I really can't think of anything new as Siri and reminders all kind very innovative and you wouldn't expect that from apple. Maybe some tweaks like allowing. Lee apps per folder, Bluetooth fileshare with other phones, better AirPrint support to decide between black and white or etc, different keyboard colors as I really like the lockscreen keyboard of the iPad, I think they should allow that to be an option, maybe allow for hiding of apple apps you don't use,, I really want a keyboard vibrate function. Download and upload from safari, maybe it will ask you which alp you want to upload information about, depending in what apps register themselves as safari upload capable. I really can't imagine anything iOS 5 was perfect but iOS needs something to make it go BAM!
