Danica Patrick center of IRL attention again

I am happy to see Danica in the league. She needs to stop making rookie mistakes.
She is always set up good for Qualifications, but when the green lag drops she drops back fast Now she is going to have to RACE, or her popularity will drop.
The Media is going to have to give the other drivers more recognitions too.

as you know should know she is not racing today in honor and respect of dana. i think it was a good call

Danica definitely should not race out of respect for her teammate. She can worry about career later.

It was a Letterman-Rahal decision that took the cars out of the race, not a Danica decision, or so the story says.

She used to race karts around here. My buddy races karts, and remembers her and her "race team". He tells me she is where she is because of marketing, not skill. They raced in a class with ZERO competition. One time he recalled one incident where they showed up, and they had serious competition, packed their bags and trailers, and went home without racing. I am from the same area where Danica was born raised, and started racing.

Not too bad looking though.

I think it was a great decision for Letterman-Rahal Racing to with draw from the race out of respect for the Dana family. As for Danica Patrick, I think she is great for the sport of racing, she brings alot of fans in to pull for an underdog( female against the males). The fact that is is a very pretty lady does help her image.

a rare talent,i know it will not happen but she should make the jump to champcars .paul tracy spoke highly of her and defended her when bernie ecclestone make stupid comments that she be in the kitchen. she a great role model for young girls and women.the one thing that would hurt her in champcars ,i think is she 's not strong enough for the physical challenge's of roadcourse racing

i agree with that tim and i think more wemon in the sport would be cool to see a women is not to be cleaning tables if she feels like she has such talent for a sport i dont see why not

i thank god for danica Patrick because im following my dream i think she is a great role model
