No income paid in US equals no taxes paid in US. Helio will walk straight to Indy for this years 500.

The goverment has now learned heilo does not own seven and he does not owe the taxes untill he gets it,why don't they just drop the case and let them move on with there lifes,that would be the right thing to do.
