Before Andretti, There were quite a few drivers from this area which included Al Herman, Eddie Sachs, Charlie Miller. Other Pennsylvania drivers were Bobby Marshman, Johny Thompson. We also had Dorney Park Speedway, Nazareth, and Allentown Fairgrounds where we had midget, sprint, and stock car racing. This area was a hotbed for racing at one time.
