A scam artist is using an upscale Indianapolis restaurant to con people out of money.

We were hit in our home by the same scam, sounds like the same guy...used 'bill' as his name. Said he worked at the Broad Ripple Steakhouse. Also is hitting local Broad Ripple businesses... A warrant is allegedly out for this "addict's" arrest.

This guy has been doing this for years. Here's the help you need. His name is William "Billy" Gruesser. He's a piece of shat. Lock his arse up.
