Another dumb trade in the history of the Pacers. Getting rid of Jackson was great but Al Harrington, that dumb. Should have shipped O'Neal and Tinsley. Interesting, won't trade for Iverson but will trade for Dunleavy and Murphy--I wonder why that is. Oh well I'm sure Pacer fans will be happy, the team is a little bit more "diverse" now.

This is a terrible idea! Great job front office, as if you have not already ran away enough of your fans.

This is horrible. Donnie Walsh has finally lost his mind. How does this make us a better team. I'm done with the Pacers...

WOW! That (finally) is a significant trade. Only time will tell if it's a good one, but there is little doubt sommething had to be done...

So, let me get this straight. We are getting from a team that is 11 game behind and is currently 19-20, no starters? Murphy is 9th on the team in points and Dunleavy who is 5th in points at a whopping 11 per game. At least Murphy is second on the team in rebounds. And McCleod? Was he just a filler?

Why did we sign for Harrington last year? We give up on Jackson? I mean, you're getting me right? I heard this news and thought, wow, we are giving up two of our top three scorers, these guys avereage 30 POINTS between them. Then I see who we get. Great.

Oh and Sarunus was 6th on the team in points. So three of our top 6?? In college, when you lose three of your top 6 scorers, you are mediocre next year.

Guess we are blowing this team up huh? So is O'Neal next? Are we finally dumping the whiners? Curious to see how this plays out....

If these new players can stay out of jail, I'll consider this a great trade!! I wish we could have packaged a deal to get rid of all the troublemakers, but I don't suppose any GM would be stupid enough to fall for that!!

The trade we really need to make is Rick Carlisle and his best friend Larry Liar - Ron Artest was right - its boring to play in this "system" and painful to watch. I have been a season ticket holder since the ABA days - this is it - no more as long as the coach and his BFF are in town

I don't like giving up Al but I really like this trade. I think Dunleavy and Murphy will add some very solid play around Jermaine. Jackson and Sarunas are simply WAY too inconsistent.

Good move Pacers.

J.O.
Dunleavy
Granger
Troy Murphy
Foster
Tinsley

I like it... I like it alot.

Hey, anything is worth a try to get this thing headed in the right direction. Any team that is willing to take Jackson off of our hands can have him.
