It wasn't democrats that won the election it was people attempting to change the status quo of the gubment wasting our money. What most people don't know, the whithouse CNN, MSNMBC or the liberals wont tell you is the housing bailout is a temporary scam to make numbers look good in the short run.

Housing used to be gauged on the number of permits to build..........now its guaged on the number of loan closing..........which with all the refinancing makes the housing sector appear better than it is.

The new FHA guidelines allows for you to get a government backed loan for a house regardless of your credit score, plus they raised the debt to income ratio from 35 to 50%.

Brilliant.........like this won't come back to bite us again in the VERY NEAR future. This is what caused the first meltdown, putting people in homes they couldn't afford.
