A dead language for a dead god. How appropriate.
The Latin mass dates back nearly 2000yrs from the days of Peter becoming the 1st Pope. Basically unchanged since the days of Christ (when preserved in Latin), Peter was the rock and Pope of God's one and only true church.
No other church, religion or today’s creations can report a better truth than today’s tradition Latin mass. The sacred traditional mass generated more priest, nuns, charitable donations, and free traditional education than any other religion in the world. Since the days of Martin Luther (1546AD) and the Vatican II (spectacular innovation convened 1962AD), the world had witnessed over 40,000 "new" religions and bibles showing God’s “change of mind” on suicide, gay rites, murder, and abortions. If you don’t want to hear the truth, shop elsewhere and you will find what you want to hear to prove you were right.
The devil is getting stronger and shows his strength among the ignorance of today’s “Christian” members by starting more religions and confusion around the world. Look at today’s problems of single home parents reaching 80%, daily murder in the hundreds, over crowding in jails, genocide by the thousands, and abortions in the millions.
The Latin Mass is difficult to learn at glance, but it truly reflects every step of Christ’s walk on earth including the gospels teachings, last supper, and death on the cross. When you can see all these parallels of why the mass is so difficult and beautiful at the same time, you have now became part of God’s salvation plan. Amen, Amen
May God bless you and your family to find the truth,

Wow, the priest will speak a "dead" language that nobody understands and also turns his back on the congregation during services? Sounds like a power trip to me.

Latin is a dead language BECAUSE it does not change. A dead language is one that has no ongoing change and which is not used conversationally by a population. We may use latin terms, but we dont' use it conversationally. Even latin masses are rote renditions.

Only a uninformed protestant would make this remark. The Latin language will never change and the true translations of the scribes are withheld within the Latin to English translations. Catholics were the only "Christian" religion handed off from Peter (first Pope). Do your homework and read more about the one and only true church and the world-wide universal language of Latin.

How much of the kool-ade did YOU drink?

1) Peter being the first pope is a myth. even if we take the biblical account as truth, history shows us that there was nothing close to the RCC for at least a couple hundred years after the time of peter. Many christian sects tried to become the oine church; had one of thm won out your eligion might have been quite different.

2) The latin mass has been around a long time; that doesn't make it the best possible expression of faith. It just means that the mass hadn't changed.

3) The latin mass had nothing to do with a free education. In fact, the RCC kept knowledge FROM the people for quite some time; it was called the Dark Ages. Who knows how much further we might have advanced without that little speed bump.

4) Luther was a direct result of the corruption inherent in the vatican of his time. What you call "god changing his mind" just means that there is more than one interpretation of the bible. For many people, gay riGHts, abortion, etc, are permissible because jesus said nothing about them or against them. Not that it really matters; the RCC follows paul and deliberately ignores the words of jesus.

5) Thelatin massis hard to follow if one does nt speak latin. HAQving grosn up RCC and was exposed to the latin mass almost daily, I can't say it is difficult. It's just so frigging meaningless to those whose latin isn't up to snuff. THAT was the reason for the change to english and spanish masses; some catholics thought that the mass should be relevant to the people living today. The only reason you had a latin mass to begin with was because latin was the "universal language" of its time. English is now that language, and spanish may supplant it in a few decades.

Posting this same crap over and over doesn't make it any more correct.
