This is a very tragic accident due to Human error Their should be a speed limit tracking on the High way to sikkim or to Kalimpong .And as i had mentioned earlier agian and again without any response that their should be seat limit in the Taxi alo specially in Kalimpong Taxi from Siliguri to Kalimpong you can see the driver is almost out of his seat it is so dangerous yet traffic police seems blind, for few cash risking passengers life is really unfair.PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT PLEASE.
