Former dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier has ended his silence, telling Haitians he returned after 25 years in exile because he wants to participate in the reconstruction of the earthquake-shattered country.

There'a a lot of money to be stolen no wonder he's back.

The government of Haiti shouldn't be given any money- by anyone be it movie star or government.

If the money doesn't go directly to meds, building materials, food--without passing through the government- it will be stolen.
