I got my aunt pregnant. What do I do?

I was staying at her house since she had a spare bedroom and I needed a place to stay for the summer. I noticed her giving me some hints as she began to wear sexy lingerie underneath a see-through robe around the house, even though she knew I was watching. It was casual at first, sex on the regular for a few weeks, sleep with her in her bed, shower together, etc. I do admit I felt disgusted by the act but I've always had a crush on her since I was a kid. Anyways, about 2 days ago she told me she was pregnant and I began to examine the situation. I'm 19 and she's 41. Her kids (and my older cousins) are coming over next month, so how do I explain to them how their mom has a baby bump and not know where she got it from? It's pretty obvious they're gonna know it was me since I've been the only one staying with her this whole time. I love my aunt, and I don't want to see her get hurt in all of this. What do I do?
