anyone ever notice our OVERPAID politicians never have problems paying their bills.
But they keep on thinking of new taxes to take our money!!!

I went through a forclosure right at the begining of this market crashing, 2 years ago. The funniest thing was that I worked in Mortgages and the company I worked for went under. I think it is a great time to buy personally. The prices in Saratoga County have dropped significantly over 2 years ago.

On another note..let the banks ,who wrote the bad paper eat it!Ever notice who is putting up new buildings lately? Banks and Credit unions!

Good thing everyone went to whole value assessments. Do you think they will drop the assessed value now that the prices are dropping or will they continue to tax me at the higher rate?
