Short Sale Real Estate

Beware: When my sister sold her home as a short sale , no one explained it would have negative consequences on her credit.Even though she broke even on the sale , the words "short sale" is looked upon as a forclosure on your credit report. She had excellent credit before this sale.Now her credit has taken a huge hit due to this.

Good company: I was a victim of the ARM loan scam here in California and was just about to step into a foreclosure. Those offering short sale options could not help me the way I needed and the bank was not co operating. I was a victim of fraud. I think that when people are victims like this they don't understand the legalities in it that are necessary.
I now realize it. I came across a very good company here in California which handled my short sale, the entire process,and legally. Not just any one can handle these claims and I did not pay legal fees. This company did it all right the first time and they were very kind. After the short sale was completed and during the process,I was able to pay them rent and they gave me the option to buy it back with a fixed rate and lower mortgage terms after the process was completed.
Through my personal experience, I would recommend this company to any one who is seeking a short sale and feels that they are a victim of bank fraud in California. This company helped me out a lot and they were so nice the whole time.

interesting post! another example of fraud is when someone like bob brutyn has a home in short sale in california AND is STILL able to buy a $1,450,000 home in new mexico! this sounds like fraud. he should be living in a car until he pays the bank in novato!
