We need more housing for Whom?

Where are the jobs to support this new developement?

Where is the Water, to clean and feed these new residents?

We may have some remaining open land fit for development, but why do we need to develope it now when our infastructure is already overwhelmed...

Sounds like a case of Redtree and others wishing to cash out now! Including the City.

Its posssible your right. Now that it has swung back to nearly 50/50, maybe you opinion has changed? Basically, with 1000 votes it was 70/30, now with 200 votes its 50/50. You do the math. Its a huge project. It will change the character of the area. People have a right to say NIMBY last time I checked. If I were on the westside, Id' say punt. If I need some massive concrete fix I'd go over the hill. IMHO, the city wants money and like dense developmemt. 10:1 they will approve it - even though most
people in the area don't want it.

So because a small number of people went one way, the results have to stay the same with a much larger number voting? Why don't they just end it after one vote and say that the people have spoken.
If ANYONE was going to go to the effort of clearing their cache just to vote again, I would think it would be those against the project. They are the ones that are organized and have the most to gain/lose.
Hey here's a crazy thought. Maybe the citizens of the entire city and county are expressing their opinion of what's best for the city and see the logic in this project.
The NIMBY's are getting desperate here. Bratton, help them come up with more lies and illogical data to help their case.

I say build it. A project this size is good fo 2 maybe 3 Starbucks. And don't forget the one at the new Safeway going in.

About time the westside jumps on the Starbucks band wagon.
