More mortgages put on delinquency list

The home mortgage delinquency rate has increased in El Paso, new data show. In May, 3.8 percent of mortgage loans were 90 days or more delinquent, up from 2.1 percent a year ago, reported First American CoreLogic, a California company that tracks home real estate data nationally.

Foreclosures are up. That must mean property values are up. Time for the CAD to increase property values to represent the good times in El Paso.

We are so blessed to be maybe the only place in America where according to CAD, our property values are increasing. Thank You CAD....

The other point, didnt the mayor promise massive money being brought into EP and EP would not be affected by the recession for a long time, which was the BASIS for his massive spending policies.

Now the recession which has been here for a long time is suddenly the reason for the debt he created. With his policies, EP was going broke regardless of what happened on the national level. He knew and stalled on the announcement and the media played it down so as not to affect the election.

Fat Budgets

Where is all the money from the incoming troops that was suppose to offset these tax rate hikes to prepare for their coming. Look at the school districts, nice fat budgets from these tax hikes and now saying they need more.

Guess what guys and gals, we need more or your sales tax revenues are going to continue to go down because us folks are just about out of money to feed your fat budgets.
