Real estate agents want to keep house prices high.Their commisions likewise.
The inflated values(bubble years) do not reflect present economic conditions.Actually those prices where unrealistic and disproportionate originally.(super scam)...(super ripoff)...

I agree these real estate agents have alot to do with keeping the prices high in the Lehigh Valley.
I'm currently looking to buy my first home and everytime that I have shown interest in a property, my agent tells me that I will need to offer full list price as there are other competing bids on the table.
Well, I haven't made any offers yet and all those houses with all those so-called bids are still on the market.
These real estate agents are nothing but liars trying to keep these home prices inflated!

I wish I couldn find someone that wasn't affraid of putting some swet equity in a house. I would like to sell my house but it needs work and I can't do it due to medical conditions.

It is to risky to get a loan and hire someone to do it and hope to recoup the money with a sale in a short period of time.

The reason we have this problem in the first place is because the Republicals got their wish granted. They wanted to break the union, destroy private business, and ship out high paying jobs to Asia by the millions so they could maximize corporate profits.

Well, their plan worked perfectly!! Now millions of people who USED to have a decent job and who USED to have company-paid health insurance are now either unemployed or they are making a fraction of their former wages working at Wallmart or McDonald's or at Home Depot. Now we have 40 MILLION WORKING Americans with no health care. Now we have MILLIONS who have to work 70-80 hours per week at crappy part-time jobs to pay their bills.

Yes, the criminal Republicans got exactly what they wanted - and we are now all paying the collective price.

You can rag on Obama all you want, but the cost to fix the Reagan-Bush-Bush disaster is going to take many years and will be very expensive. And by the way, did Republican policies make us safer? How are we ever going to win any kind of big, long, ugly war if much of our former industry is in COMMUNIST China?!?!?
