I belive the age requirements should start at age 15 because its hard to find jobs that i can apply for.

It depends on where you live. Some places, you can start working at age 14. Its harder to get hired, but its possible. The best thing to equip younger people for a job is a strong online professional profile. Let employers learn more about you before they consider you. I really think that if you are 13 there should be some involvement for you to learn how to work and get paid. Maybe not as much as the other kids who are older then you, but there should be at least a little bit of option, maybe just for the summers. I also think that as part of any teen's job interview they should let the manager see a copy of their current grades. That to me is the fairest way.

i think us teens should be able to get a job at the age of 14 because we need stuff like shoes and cell phones and sometimes our parents dont wanna buy us things like that

I think there should be more jobs available for people at the age of thirteen. Even if the job isn't high paying, thirteen year olds should be able to do work and get paid. I am currently thirteen and will be turning fourteen on August second. I have trying to find jobs that will take me. I always get turned down because of my age, even if it's just cleaning up the office. Young teenagers this day in age aren't all immature and a lot of them can take on responsibilities. Managers shouldn't just base your eligiblity on age.

There is a considerably amount of young teenagers who are more mature than there age lets on. I have many friends and know a lot of young peers like myself who are akin to this. If there was a questionaire that bases your results on your qualification, then I believe many young teens would be able to get a job. This could also help them in later years applying for careers or other jobs opportunities. With so much experience in their past they are more likely to get hired for high paying jobs in the future.
