I can't imagine agents have not been doing this. Prequalification and the customer has to come into the office before showing property are the first things I was taught when I came into real estate three years ago. Shame on those who have not been doing this procedure. For me, it is a must. This is the only way you can start to build a relationship with the customer so they remain obligated to you. I have proven this time and time again.
