That's wonderful that Stone Equity is so very generous, and that Ms. Sutton has a place to live now. But, won't she have to pay income taxes on whatever the home is valued at?

I think that's wonderful for her and her family. I think the best family won and hopefully this is just the beginning of better things happening for her and her kids. Kudos to you and best of luck in the future.

How can the father of these children get away with this ? he,s living nice in Hilliard and his minor children are on the streets homeless . I don,t give a D___, what country he came from he should be made to follow the laws in this country , or just maybe he,s a American and the mother does not know how to make him support these children .or scare her about the laws in the USA , immigrants are good at giving each other legal advice . what a great gift to them is there any lawyer that can read this and help this woman? what is all of this? is it legal what he is doing? him in the house and no having to pay for place for them to live in??? how can this man go to bed every night and rest and no having to worry about his kids and wife...this is very messed up I think after this I hope someone out there and the law should start taking action on him . in other comments I think that negative comment above from the friend of the family has to be him.

Why would you hope the kids get to see their worthless dad soon? According to your own words, he goes to school and has lunch with them. I think one or all of your statements has to be lies! These kids and her are homeless according to the article. Last I heard, people don't pay bills to live in the streets or with friends if they don't have money. Be thankful she has friends who cared as opposed to the loser who didn't care.

I do k now this family his name is MARTIN SUTTON he is a chief Warrant Officer of the Ohio Army National Guard... what a shame I had worked with him in fact I was deployed with him in Afghanistan 2003-2004 very hard and difficult person to work with in other words he is an ass and now i just confirmed what I had always thought about him as a matter of fact he got arrested back in 1989 if I remember right for steeling goverment Property way to go Chief and now he has his children and wife out in the street now he is steeling from the wife and kids I guess he did a smart move getting himself a wife from out of country and bring her here and do this to her I think he better get himself a good lawyer to get out of this one just like he did back in 1989 I am sure WE the soldiers who are proud of this country and we defend it to make it a better place we are not going to be proud of assholes like this one (time to wake up Chief Sutton)
