first of all the loan companies, the realtors, appraisers, the mortgage companies and government are all at fault. realtors and mortgage companies could care less if you can afford the payments, just so you get into the house you want and the appraisers adjust there numbers so it all works out and the good ole government has all the special programs for the lower income and the people that really cant afford the homes actually get into the homes then time goes by then they cant afford them. some buyers live off credit and spend more than they make per year and dont think logically. entering a child into this world costs alot of money, i love all the single baby mommas who get pregnant by whoever and struggle to get by and now have a crappy upbringing for there child, and go on a government program that we all pay for. on another note. $750 a month is not hard to make, if you work at McDonalds 40 hours a week at $7.00 per hour i believe the gross is approximately $1120. per month, now if the depressed husband, the partime wife/grandma and the baby momma all go to mcdonalds and get a job at 7.00 per hr and 40 hrs per week, holy crap...that is approximately $3,360. per month. now some people say well what about day care for the little baby and what about this and that. well, maybe the baby momma shoulda thought about having a baby in the first place and second i know tons of single mothers that work 2 jobs, go to the gym and have there own apartment and still make it work without government assistance. these people need to stop looking for charity and find a way to provide for there family.
