"Hint of Hope" What a bunch of crap. As a property tax payer and parent that is finally hopeful that our kids will be able to afford to buy a house. This type of propaganda from the greedy realtors, lenders, and gov't types is what caused the whole housing/lending mess and the hugely over-inflated home values of the last several years. Now "they" (the above mentioned) act like we need to get prices back where they were? The automakers and our congress seem to have the same idea (employ fewer people, reduce dealers, and make fewer cars, but lets keep the prices high !) What a joke !
