The housing market is an absolute mess. Don't believe the hype that the market is turning around. Prices will fall way into 2009!!! The run up of 2005 is OVER and realtors and sellers need to realize it. Houses in the suburbs are definately sitting on the market for months and will continue because many buyers refuse to buy at these rediculous prices. Homes will become affordable in Berks county again... Wait till the end of the year or into 2009 when prices will be back to 2003 levels!!!
