Since when does Ben Lujan Sr. get to set editorial content for this crummy paper and have it parade as "news"? Afraid to go after the son who is a legitimate hero of the Iraq War (Navy Commendation Medal with Combat V). No problem. Let's go after the rest of the family. Since when is it a crime to be broke or flush with cash or optimistic? Sadly this is typical of the stuff that the "News Dept." sees fit to print.See what's happening here? Run two stories on the same page, one describing the son's run for a political office and the other smearing his family. This is political partisanship and propaganda, not journalism. An example of the way media is used to skew and influence public opinion. It's the way all news is currently presented and encompasses both the right and the left. You don't get news in any unbiased manner at this point; it's always formulated to achieve a political objective. The end result is a misinformed and polarized public without full knowledge of any significant issue. Propaganda, from all political spectrums, is the enemy of truth. And if, "the truth will set you free", you can see where this is all leading. Be aware, think, don't be victimized.
