Afraid to go after the son who is a legitimate hero of the Iraq War (Navy Commendation Medal with Combat V). No problem. Let's go after the rest of the family. Since when is it a crime to be broke or flush with cash or optimistic? Sadly this is typical of the stuff that the "News Dept." sees fit to print.
