Lease-to-own scandal leaves North Texans homeless

Good lord what a scam. I hope they nail this company.

Beware the old adage that if it seems too good to be true it probably is. Still can the love of money etc do this to the soul?

I am sure it will all be resolved in court but buyer beware. That's another good adage

Isnt there a state agency that oversees things like this?

My husband and i were living in one of the harris paulley homes in Frisco Texas. when it came time to move out, we cleaned the home and left it in tip top ready to re lease condition, and Mike Cary Promiced to mail our deposit back to us. We never got back our deposit, and after that, we could no longer reach him at the 18003091096 tel that was posted on all of his ads. it has been 11 months since we moved, and the home is still empty, i hope some poor investor isnt facing foreclosure without knowing it. I am hoping to file a class action lawsuit against this company. If anywone has a simular experience and is interrested in doing the same, Please contact me at Angelneclos@usairforce.com

He stole itshappening.net . Itshappening.com is the authentic site. Much scandal there also.
He's a liar and a fake online and off.

if we were all such deadbeat renters, why didnt he take me to court? Its a scam he is a scam and i stand by my word.

I am in a different leasing to buy progam and it is the best thing that could have happened to me since my credit is screwed up.

Ellen, I own 4 rental properties and I offer it to every renter. Usually, we do one year leases, but I have offered the rent to own or a lease to own. Your benefit is that if your credit is screwed, I can report to an agency in order to restore standing and guarantee you a lower interest rate than if you tried and might have dings on your credit report or just trasfer note to you.
