What are most effective sources to market furnished homes?

Yes, I believe the corporate route is best. Find a large company that is close to the property (for example in Phoenix I would say Intel or Honeywell) and try to market to those folks. Good luck.

Real estate agents have to start advertisement and lease properties is best way , you need rental properties first. Contact local landlords and property managers, browse rental search websites, and use the MLS search engines as a resource. Reach out to landlords and property managers who have advertised their listings to see if they need any help filling their vacancies.This is the a good way to start.

Single-family rental units as a share of the renter-occupied stock grew from 30.8 percent to 33.5 percent, which was the largest increase among all rental property types. A small player would have a better opportunity in a small town That is why agents have to start invest in house from small places.
