I'm not stealing anything... Most of my work comes from repeat clients that trust me and know I do a good job for them at a fair price... How the hell is that stealing... I suggest the others that aren't getting work because of me stealing need to get their act together and build up a fan base...

Why not call yourself a dentist? A policeman? A surgeon? You're not licensed to call yourself a contractor. Maybe you're honest and don't rip people off, and maybe you're a crook. I'll never know, because I don't use unlicensed contractors. If you're a skilled contractor, you should have no problem passing the licensing exam. If you're a sole prop., you don't even need to buy worker's comp., you can file an exemption. What's stopping you? Do you lack skill? Are you in the country illegally? Or are you a crook that wants to avoid the consequences from the CSLB?

And don't pull that harem-scare 'em garbage. I've NEVER had a problem getting a licensed contractor to come out on short notice. I got a licensed roofer to my house in an hour during that large storm a few weeks back.

The CSLB does sting operations all the time. I hope you get caught.

Michael Villa is a Theif and a con aritist, he ripped us off for over $70,000 and never finished the work, we have had to finish the house ourselfs. We are still finding things like plumbing that was capped off under the house that should of been connected to the main line. You are a lier and thief. I hope you rot in hell.

Michael Villa also stole from me and my ex-husband. I had a remodel that took more than six years - half of those years I was strung along by Michael Villa. It is because of me that his license was revoked and I'm proud of the CSLB for doing its job.
