If everyone took on some type of hobby such as gardening, there would be a lot less crime and hate in the world! They should be held liable and have to be the ones to not only replace the damaged plants, but they should be forced to do the gardening themselves to help her out for the next year, and see how they like them apples.

This sick woman who grew her own medicine will probably also get a bill from City for them cutting down her plants. She should at a minimum sue the city and make darn sure it goes to a jury.
