That is quite obvious by the way you have been taking care of the place in our absence. Ultimately, I really don't think you need to worry about us moving into your little utopia. If you do happen to see one of us driving down your street in a uhual then go ahead and open fire, I don't think we will want them back. Darwin and all that good stuff.

It helps a lot when your looking for an apartment if you take steps to make yourself match a landlord's criteria. Read a couple of articles on tenant screening. Get idea of how much income a landlord expects you to have in compared to the rent and stuff like that. I'd start at http://www.atenantscreen.com . Lots of useful articles.
