Finding an affordable, quality apartment can be challenging and time-consuming, but with a little guidance, anyone can find the ideal place.

All you whites in the burbs that are going to be losing your jobs and houses, please find an apartment in the burbs, we don't want you in the city.

That is quite obvious by the way you have been taking care of the place in our absence. Ultimately, I really don't think you need to worry about us moving into your little utopia. If you do happen to see one of us driving down your street in a uhual then go ahead and open fire, I don't think we will want them back. Darwin and all that good stuff.

Know what a landlord is looking for. It helps a lot when your looking for an apartment if you take steps to make yourself match a landlord's criteria.
Read a couple of articles on tenant screening. Get idea of how much income a landlord expects you to have in compared to the rent and stuff like that. I'd start at http://www.atenantscreen.com . Lots of useful articles.

First thing is dont move into an Apt complex that has more than 1 black tenant per bldg.
2nd Dont move into the city unless it's an all white complex in a good part of the city.
