The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection plans to spray for mosquito larvae Wednesday to help curb the West Nile virus in the area.

Forget the Mosquitoes how about all the rats both two and for legged. How about all the flies from my neighbors garbage that they haven't put out for about a month?
