He's playing the system and getting away with that as well. Evidently he's not to sick to sit home and commit crimes. Sympathy, I don't think so..........

I agree! However, I can't figure out why they keep giving him bail when he's still commiting crimes while on house arrest. Any why is he allowed to keep living in that mansion of his (remember he's crying broke)that was brought with money he conned people out of?

HE SHOULD BE EATING SOUP EVERY NIGHT, AND A THICK ASS BOLOGNA SANDWICH FROM ALBANY COUNTY JAIL,EVERY DAY. WHAT A LOOSER. HE SHOULD GET AND EXTRA GREASY SNACK EVERY DAY FOR THAT PRECIOUS HEART OF HIS, HIM AND HIS FOREIGN HOOKER ANNA.

He's hospitalized AGAIN, the day before sentencing. This is becoming a joke and a slap in the face to the victims.

At last the truth be told. Dare's hospital records were unsealed 'Capezza's memo calls into question the seriousness of Dare's health claims and cites a review of Dare's medical records in a federal Bureau of Prisons report. The medical records were unsealed by the Times Union's motion.
"More specifically, the report took note of the defendant's cardiac conditions and the fact ... he has mild symptoms and slight limitation during ordinary activity," Capezza wrote. The Bureau of Prisons report, dated April 29, said Dare's physicians at Albany Med "recommend a low-sodium diet and regular exercise."
Since that lie was uncovered now he's blaming his co-conspirators for leading him the wrong way.

THIS IS ANOTHER CLASSIC CASE OF B.S. AS LONG AS HE HAS A "CONDITION" HE WILL ALWAYS BE ABLE TO TIP TOE AROUND THE SYSTEM. IT'S SO SAD THAT THE COURT SYSTEM WILL EXCUSE HIM FOR THAT, BUT IT WASN'T SUCH AN ISSUE WHEN HE WAS SWINDLING PEOPLE OUT OF HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. JUSTICE WILL NEVER BE SERVED LIKE IT SHOULD BE. PEOPLE LIKE THIS GET TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER, WHILE PEOPLE ARE OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.HE SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING BUT ROTT IN A CELL, BEING ON HOUSE ARREST IN A MANSION ISN'T PUNISHMENT, THAT'S FUN TO HIM, AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHY HE DIDN'T HESITATE TO OPEN UP ANOTHER CASE FOR HIMSELF, CAUSE THE 1ST CASE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT SLAP HIM ON THE WRIST. EVERY DOG HAS THEIR DAY. TO THE VICTIM'S I SEND MY CONDOLENCES, YOU HAVE TO DO A LITTLE MORE RESEARCH ON THE PEOPLE YOU INVEST IN.

send him to prison now. He will get prison treatment in there. Then the next court date there will be another excuse not to go

Aaron Dare is out and about. He's being chauffeured around Albany by his girlfriend Ana in their Lexus as he's leaning out the window talking on his Iphone. He's looking mighty healthy to me. It's all a game.

wankee wrote: If Wilcox was involved in any of this mess it will never come out anyway. The Times Union will make sure of that. I believe they were threatened with a lawsuit from the original report of Wilcox's death. And I am sure Dare will use it to his advantage in future defense actions. The upsetting part is that he is out on monitored home restriction awaiting sentencing for convictions on earlier Federal crimes. He needs a heart transplant so he got released to get one, only he is too sick for the surgery so there he sits in his living room instead of in the federal pen being somebody's girlfriend. Now we know the heart thing was a scam. The recently released medical records proved that.

I had great respect for Arnie Proskin when he was fighting an uphill battle as a republican DA in Albany County, but he apparently has stepped over to "the dark side" now by representing this jimoke. Fashions himself a Terry Kindlon maybe? That's all we need, more lawyers of that ilk.

I truly believe Dare had Proskin convinced he was innocent. When this first started Proskin made a statement saying he'd stake his reputation on Dare's innocence. Now that the evidence of all Dare's lies are public knowledge I don't know what to say about Proskin except that his reputation is definitely tarnished!

Yes Wilcox is dead and we are all sorry about that, but many questions have gone and will go unanswered in this investigation because the police and DAs office want to cover their own.
Now that Dare has turned down his plea deal, maybe some of it will come out but I think Dare is ba nking on the case being dropped due to lack of witnesses who want to answer questions about Wilcox.
