The U.S. has the best justice system in the world, It is however only as good as the people inside it. The fellas working this case are VERY 'good'. I spent 4 more hrs. listening to them squirm around the truth last week and before they were done I understood two things for sure. 1,they are good and 2 this WILL be the year. Even no-brainers take time to reconstruct,in the 'big' picture 3 years is not bad.

I tried to answer your comment Rush, NY. I think it either got taken down orI goofed on the posting...
I'll say it again. This is a woman's crime. Look at how they have been solved over the past 20 to 30 years or not.
I get the feeling that what I have to say and know is not going to show on this board.
So, I'll just soft peddle it and let those responsible live with the great success of their careers. Meanwhile, I'll be waiting for the next victim (god help us)to be added to a very long list.
Just telling it like its..........

You know what... Jim Vittum AND Ed Burns are both responsible for the death of my cousin... which one wielded the knife? I don't know. They are both crazy f*&ks. If either one had been a normal, nice stand up guy she would not be dead. As for the NH crime unit... completely disgusted with their failure to solve this case. God willing an arrest will be made before Stacey's mother ever passes away... can't imagine my aunt never getting closure. Whichever one of you freak losers did this may you forever rot in hell!

What would you do if a close friend feared for her life? I didn't do anything. Hell is a place on earth.

I am truly sorry for your loss--you are not to blame.
If you can help now with valuable information to the authorities why not tell them what you (knew) know. If that action would put you in fear of your own life there are other people to turn to--and I don't mean those who are out to make a buck on this horrid ordeal.
It seems you know who not to trust and want to do the right thing. Good luck--be cautious.

hey "her cousin", where the hell were you when stacey needed protection? easy to sit around and sling shit after the fact. jim vittum WAS the ONLY person that Stacey could count on. Stacey NEVER feared for he safety with jim and many can attest to that. so take your shit slingin' speculation and do something positive with it..........remember innocent people get hurt by your words especially children. shame on you.

It's OK,that was nothing!! Anyway if you check her brothers last entry on 1/3/012 in the guest book on her memorial web site he promises some "movement" THIS YEAR!! I also was promised (w/a hand shake by Dective Gillbert) that an arrest would come this year.Emotions are high and she was so loved by so many people all anyone want's here is justice for Stacey. If you know someone that is being abused help them, but never forget it's the abuser that is deeply sick and needs help too.

Thanks for the heads up on on the Burns house public auction. I hear there are some interesting characters planning on attending, including a well known psychic.

I'll give you a profile, The unsub will have a history of violence, mental problems, drug and alcohol issues and a violent childhood. This is a socio/psychopath that knew the victim had a knowledge of the crime scene and time to plan his attack.I would look for someone on a downward spiral, maybe someone who spent alot of time out to sea, detached from reality. The unsub will appear normal to most people but will not have any long term friends. He will be impotent and only aroused by viagra and terrifying his victim.

The unsub will be very good at deception,he will have completely out smarted professionals like child services, guardian ad litems, drug and alcohol couselors and maybe even a seasoned judge. He will be much more intelligent then hayseed detectives and no doubt superior to the AAG assigned to his case. But in reality this unsub will be an idiot just like the professionals paid to keep Susan Powell's children safe.

A missing person is defined as just that 'missing and unaccounted for'.

The unfortunate (one of) person here is accounted for as dead.

The 'unsub' is quite intellegent, seasoned, has done this before and will do it again.

I respect all those opinions written here. However, It's time to look toward the reality that the unsub is someone outside her circle of friends and family.

Men have been killing their wives and children for many years--most get charged due to hard evidence exposed by their psychological emotional liability. I dont believe this is the case here.

What we have here is a thrill seeking oportunist who crossed her path. He is driven and thrives on his own sense of needs to calm the beast and satisfy the needs--until the next path is crossed........

He wont be caught, I'm sorry to say.

She'll expose you
When she snows you
Off your feet with the crumbs she throws you
She's ferocious
And she knows just what it
Takes to make a pro blush
All the boys Think she's a spy,
She's got Bette Davis eyes

You're welcome brucesays. Unfortunately the auction was cancelled @ the 11th hour. Wonder why?

(unknown subject),in this case the un-sub is the killer. However when the assistant attorney general declares on the second day that "the public is not in danger" there is little doubt that the subject IS in fact known. Why it has taken nearly three years to bring charges will need to be adressed soon.Although there seems to be no outrage w/the family and that tells me their fine w/the pace of the investigation.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Leo

This is one of those days when money slips through your fingers in no time at all unless you're very vigilant about your spending habits. Unfortunately, it will be difficult to stop yourself splashing out whenever the fancy takes you, whether or not you can afford it. You're especially drawn to tempting little treats and luxurious indulgences.
