Patience, Carl, patience. One only really loses when he accepts defeat. If the new board has the staying power to remain seated for at least three terms to truly understand the system and make an impact they will have succeeded. I truly believe two of the four will not last their initial four years. It’s happened time and time again. Manheim Township, Manheim Boro, Donegal, Elizabethtown, A/C, Palmyra. Even Cornwall Lebanon. Two former board members there regained there seats a mere two years after defeat. You never paid attention to any of this, did you Carl? Carl, after all the old folks who were promised tax reductions don’t see the reductions coming to fruition, their patience will run out and so will the new board member’s luck. I truly want to see this district succeed, regardless of who sits at the table, however history is on my side and I don’t see too much change on the horizon. What I do see is a new school being built:)So where's the agony of defeat?
Loser, funny i don't recall any new members saying they will lower taxes, not do i expect any especially after this unnecessary spending by this board. Yes I am familiar with some of the SDs you speak of. Yes these newly elected might find out that its hard to make a difference with all of the regulation and the teachers Mafia ( i mean union). In fact i would say they already know that or should
All i want is a board that will do the will of the people. The current board did not do that, hence "the people" they represented gave em the boot and they deserved it. Had your 4 buddies done what they were elected to do, they'd still be in your club.
