You have nothing worthwhile to write about, yet you mirror yourself with emptiness in your posts. Your posts are a reflection of no mentality, they don't rise to ill. Crawl back into your hole and stay there. I'm sure its warm and moist. And who types for you, a parrot ?

I have a hard time seeing how a president 30 years ago created a bubble that began in 1998 as some here would argue. It took 20 years for Reagan's policies to begin to work and the president at the time, Clinton, had nothing to do with it? 20 years is a bit of a stretch.
Reagan had nothing to do with the the last housing bubble that started " after " 1999 ( nice way of you trying to back it up into Clintons term ) around 2001 -2002 after the final destruction of Glass Steagall, Reagan can however take credit for dismantling enough of the law that they could now merge ( financial institutions ) into the mega institutions that we see today that are " TOO BIG TO FAIL "

I was trying to be charitable. Looking at the charts the bubble started even a bit earlier, 1995, squarely in CLINTON'S term.

Just because you don't like the truth doesn't mean its not true. This is partly/largely Clinton's mess.

Even TIME magazine has him on their list of people who caused it:

http://www.time.com/time/specials/packages/co...

I'm not a fan of Reagan but the fact that we have corporations "too large to fail" is not, in itself, the problem. Besides, these corporations were not too large to fail, the powers that be should let the chips fall where they may. But when both DEMOCRATS and REPUBLICANS are corrupt this is what happens.

But of course we'll all go on supporting the Democrats and Republicans and each side will say they did nothing wrong and its all the other side's fault and people will continue to lose their homes and their retirements and grandma will be eating kibbles n bits because that's all she can afford but hey at least we'll still be blaming people. Its a good hobby.

True enough, yet,

People can indeed often FEEL the truth even if they don't quite grasp the full theoretical underpinnings of the issue.

In fact, often times the more difficult it is to talk about or understand such an issue, the easier it is to just feel it for yourselves as it happens.

One needn't understand the full ramifications of tonal counterpoint to fully enjoy the music of J.S. Bach.

One needn't understand a "lick" of oil painting technique to enjoy the Mona Lisa.

My eyes start drooping just as soon as I write the term: "501(c)(3) Public Benefit Corporation".

And yet, PEOPLE REALLY DO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE between genuine Public Benefit and Taxpayer Sponsored "official" fraud referring to itself as something called a "nonprofit".

Folks, "Leadership" tells us that we California Taxpayers are now FIFTY GAZILLION DOLLARS in "debt".

Isn't it about time to tell these filthy California Politicians that WE REALLY CAN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE?

I don't care how Cute & Cuddly they are, their deliberate corruption of the Taxpayers' vital 501(c)(3) Public Benefit Laws for their own political profit HAS NOT BEEN A TRUE PUBLIC BENEFIT for the California Taxpayers.

That is the TRUE UNDERLYING ISSUE for California's Real Politic.

And THE VOTERS CAN INDEED "feel it".

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Aquarius

You will not be satisfied in your work place, but give it some time and things will fall into place. Those in the construction business should get some good news. Aquarian homebodies will find things rather hectic and may develop a headache by the end of the day, so you should avoid negative thinking as much as possible.
