Bag and baggage letter? Good!
I'm sure Dirty Harry Reid will
ride in on his steed, rescuing
yet another illegal border jumper.
He needs more voters.

Oh I am not even a liberal far from it.:D I am just a human being.

She came here obviously to raise her children in the greatest country in the world, I must feel sorry now that we will kick her out for that, and your being happy just disgusts me..

I think it is an honor people from all over the world wish to raise their children here, and doing what ya gotta do for your children is respectable, much more dignified than coming here to sell drugs and kill each other in our streets, hope she stays gets your green card and you go...hahahahaha

It IS an honor, and with it comes responsibilities...like obeying our dang laws. You come in the right way, or face the consquences for your illegal actions...deportation. No special dispensations for those who do not respect our laws...none! adding more children to the equation is unconscionable...they never think of the kids, it's all about themselves.

I do not know her story nor do you, so we do not know what red tape she faced trying to get her citizenship here, all I know is that if you are happy to see her separated from her children that is unconscionable to me..

I for one don't feel much like kicking her in the azz and saying so long sucker as many of you would, but I do agree with you that she should of followed the proper procedures in the first place..

Well it digusts me that she is here in the first place. Of course she wants to drop a few anchors here so she can rais them in the greatest country in the world. But she broke this country's laws by coming here ilegaly. She sould have kept her ass in line like ALL her decent, law abiding country men did to come here legaly. Instead she krept in here like the slimy no good thief that she is and now that she has been caught she is whining about her poor soon to be motherless rug rats. Bull shit!!
She can take her ass back and get all the way at the back of the line to come here legaly.
The only shame here is that she was able to sneak in here in the first place, and yhat any one who "claims" to be an American would even atempt to defend her crime!!

That's the point, if her story were any different from any other illegals', we'd have been privy to that information. She broke the law, and must pay the price, plain and simple...her story is no more extraordinary from any other ilegals'.

This Armenian family have been in CA for 20 yrs!!!Paying taxes etc contributing economy etc.
They should target peiople from Mexico and Latin America who cross the border daily and numbers are 5 million in CA alone and some become fresh recruits to bloody gangs which are previant in the region.
One must make a distinction of persons contribution to society before making a decision like that.(millions of white trash sucking welfare checks and are citizens contributing NOTHING to society)Besides its obvious incompetent layer were the reason why she is facing deportation.Read the quote
"The family's mixture of immigration statuses dates to the early 1990s,
when Rouben Sarkisian came to the U.S. with Anoush. They had three
daughters together. He divorced Anoush and remarried a U.S. citizen,
which put him on a path to citizenship. Anoush sought political
asylum from the U.S. government, but after nearly nine years lost her
case. The government ordered her deported in 1999, but she thought
the case was under appeal until 2003, when she sought legal counsel
and discovered that her former attorney had never pursued an appeal.

Thats a pretty big stretch of the imagination. The occupation of illegals needs to end. Doesnt matter where they come from.

War does not determine who is right, it only determines who is left!
I am totally against illegal immigration and have been in this fight against it for about six years now. However, in this case, the woman has applied for citizenship and the foul up seems to be with the immigration attorney's who did not follow through on her case. She has done far more to try to become an American citizen than the illegal aliens who came here and never apply for citizenship, but are content with using the system to their advantage.

Exactly...living here illegally for any amount of Exactly...living here illegally for any amount of time does not negate the fact that these people ignored our immigration laws, and in doing so, that action just started the ball rolling for ignoring many other laws. How did they get jobs? They probably secured forged and/or stolen documents, drove without a valid license, and did not have insurance. Does that give them the right to remain simply because they lived here twenty years? Hardly, their crime is still a crime and an affront to all law-abiding legal, taxpaying citizens.

Turkey committed Genocide to the Armenians after which they illegally occupied 3/4 of our homeland becoming owners of our properties without compensation.3/4 of the whole Armenian population lives outside their country. USA had always opened the immigration rights to Armenians because they understood the needs that such exile produces. But today Turkey is an important US ally. Just a few generations ago Americans opened their hearts and nation to the survivors of this terrible Genocide, but today you are courting Turkish favor. And deporting non criminal elements for no valid reasons at all.

The people who are here illegally today, are criminals. The proof of their criminal activities are written all over these forums and you chose to ignore those valid reasons for deportation.
Did the Turkish people steal our identities, use fraudulent papers to gain employment and government benefits, drive with no license or insurance, or use our emergency rooms as their primary care doctors (of course again using fraudulent identities) to avoid paying the bill? Did they set up shop growing pot in our National Forests, start street gangs that target people of other races, have multiple births to get welfare, WIC, Section 8 housing?
Are the illegal aliens who are here now victims of genocide or just greedy people grasping for the American dollar?
We OWE ILLEGAL ALIENS NOTHING!
