It was good enough or you would have a better reply....
Come on, how many chances do I have to give you? I mean, that was lame, even coming from you. I'll give you one more shot to redeem yourself, but this is it.....I have to leave soon so please make it good.

Ohhh rite rite, kind of like the fact I threw out there about your Rags getting smoked in Pitt the other night? Maybe your just looking for facts that don't put your team in a bad light? I really don't know where to go from here, I can't let this go on anymore. I gave you 3 chances to come with something good, I'm disappointed.

I guess I have to close the door on you, for now it's Bailey to Okposo. Get used to it, you'll be hearing lots more in the future. And that, my friend, is a fact.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

The only reason I shot you down about the Rangers is because it was not relevant to the conversation or this board. Aren't you always the one complaining when people bring up items that are off the topic of the board? you try to talk a good game but you are nothing but smoke and mirrors and only want to post by your own set of rules, ya moderator wannabe ya....

You shut the door on yourself son, keep dreaming about your two Islander boys at night, it's the only way you are going to hear those words as often as you like.....

Still not even clooose to good enough. You let us all down. Hell, I should have shut the door earlier and saved your time and mine.

It's been a blast seeing you flail around, made the P.M. go by a lot quicker. Maybe next time I'm bored I'll give you another chance at redemption, but your lifelines are all used up for this week. Until then....

How is the arena? Is it a city like atmosphere? Or more suburban?
I have no clue what Columbus looks like....
Not quite city like...more like a college atmosphere. Besides the Pepsi Center...one of my favorite places to see a game. I enjoyed Columbus more than Cleveland. There was more going on in Columbus than Cleveland.

Actually, the last place team has a 25% chance of winning the lottery... but the next 4 (the teams that could potentially move up to take the first pick) combine for a 51.8% chance of winning the lottery.
So overall, the last place team has a 48.2% chance of picking first.
Pardon me, but I was never very good in higher math, but if there are a total of 15 balls, with the team ending dead last getting 5 balls, that to me gives that team a 33-1/3% chance of picking one of their balls and get first choice. Is your figure "new Math?"

No, I can read just fine. You said "Well they got a win and that brings them 2 points further from guaranteeing the #1 pick in the draft."
You're wrong. No guarantees !!! Just admit you were wrong or made a mistake.
Okay you can read and you can "quote" but you certainly can't comprehend. That's the sign of an idiot. There's no guarantee at #1 no matter what position they finish in. I'll try it in crayon next time so you can understand.

chicken s/h/i/t.....hope you have it on DVR, that's the only way you will get to hear it frequently....shut the door? pfft....you haven't shown anything you post the same chicken s/h/i/t over and over again. You had potential but I guess it was just being new on the board but you have shown you are nothing....have a good weekend....

So lets get this straight, Gordon's "system" almost loses another game in the third period, he doesn't want to talk about it, and we should give him a pass? I want to know why he doesn't do more to protect his lead or have another strategy to throw out there when the opposition figures out how to counter this failed system. Pay close attention to him behind the bench and you will see that he becomes completely unhinged when his team starts to fall apart. The team's play reflects the stability or style of their coach and it's obvious that he is consistently out coached and over matched. He is not an NHL caliber coach and the fans, media and players know that. Wouldn't it be better for these kids to play for an established and proven coach or would having an experienced hockey mind in the system be to intimidating for Garth Snow?
True,Gordon is clueless-
The firing of Ted Nolan will prove to be the worst move in the history of this franchise- Worse than DP's contract- Mark my words-

The Islanders cannot be denied. With Yanni in the nets, we defeated the incredible Atlanta Thrashers! I do not believe we will lose again this season. The Cup is ours!

Last nights game made Atlanta move closer to the Isles in the standings. If the Isles win a few more games and move up a spot you can kiss Tarvares goodby. You can't have it both ways. I say break up the kid line and move deeper into the hole.
Whoa .... here it is again, you talking as if last place guarantees the #1 overall pick. Talking as if the Isles slipping from #30th overall makes them not eligible.

Either way, I will never be playing for this pathetic organization

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Cancer

You could struggle to display your feelings and emotions at the moment. Being so sensitive, the smallest things could hurt your feelings, but no one else is likely to realise since you retreat into your shell at these times. This will not be a conscious decision, and you'll feel frustrated at your inability to explain the hurt you suffer.
