I'm very surprised that so rarely is it pointed outt that the Islanders' consistent difficulty with winning in Toronto coincides exactly with the ignominious playoff series against the Leafs in which Toronto got away with virtually EVERYTHING, brutally symbolized by Darcy Tucker's submarining of Michael Peca. But we've seen a similar miscarriage of hockey justice this season - with no action taken by the league against Matt Bradley for his malicious little knee-to-knee number on Alexei Yashin, the effects of which are still being felt almost 4 months later.....the more that things change, the more they stay the same! Seriously. I agree, great job. Nice hustle out there too. We as Islander fans, are also proud to have him here as well. The effect of the Bridgeport system is evident in this guy. Denmark is still working on producing the world class talent that Canada, Russia, USA has. The support he has been given in Bridgeport has helped him transition from a "different game". What he recieved at the AHL was like community college for him (2 year University level).
The effect, a name that people (kids) in Denmark can pretend to be while at the rink. Go Danish Hockey!!

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Aquarius

Avoid making promises today, or even believing in other people's promises. Today is not a good day to make commitments, as they are not likely to materialise. Taking risks is a no-no. Try to relax until the numbers are in your favour. Those pursuing their career will benefit.
