i'm glad he's frustrated on 2/22/07. these mistakes have been happening in their own zone since 10/5/06. and maybe if he can find his way into the defensive zone once in a while it might help.

Is this clown suggesting that the devils get breaks and don't get called for holding and hooking.

There is a reason why the devils are the least penalized team in the league its called positional hockey.

They should be asking jagr why he doesn't spend too much time on the other side of center ice.

You're kidding, right ? The Devils get the benefit of the doubt ALL the time. Its downright ridiculous, such as the game earlier this year against the Rangers when they didnt get called FOR ONE PENALTY the entire game. I believe the Devils also were not on the penalty kill for a game against Boston this year. Its total crap. Get back to me when you actually go to a Devils game. Its pathetic that they havent had ONE sellout this year.

If you watched the game the other night, you would have seen on the game winning goal Avery get cross checked from behind and then another Ranger get dumped about 2 seconds after the puck went by him, the the Devils skate up and score that crappy goal. Hey, they won, and they got lucky, but the Devils arent the disciplined team they are made out to be. Same game, with the confontation between Avery and Bordeur, Brodeur shoved Avery and Avery shoves back. No penalty given to Brodeur (who also looked like he got shot when Avery pushed back at him).

Tell Brodeur to stop cheating on his wife.

I have had season tickets for 6 years now so I go to all the home games and the fact that the only comeback that rag fans ever have is attendance is a joke. It used to be that the devils couldn't beat the rags in the playoffs but I guess you can't say that after last year.

Here is the problem with ranger fans its never the teams fault that they are awful its always some conspiracy against them.

I will state it again it is POSITIONAL HOCKEY. If the rags learned how to play the game without clutching and grabbing then they wouldn't be in the box all the time.

You want to talk hockey then bring it on but otherwise keep your Xfile conspiracy theories to yourself and keep commenting on attendance and I will continue to enjoy devil domination.

Tom, I know as well as any Rangers fan, that they have not been a steady team. Im not sure what conspiracy theory you are talking about, but most of the officiating in the NHL is crap anyway. Its not an excuse, but its hard to sit and watch when you see the Devils get away with tons of crap. Im not trying to take away from the fact that the Devils are a good team, but the clutching and grabbing isnt only done by the Rangers.

Did you see Jagr's penalty in OT ? Did you agree with it ? I didnt, but life goes on.

I think the penalty on Jagr was a B.S. call and Brodure should of had a diving penalty. Jagr should of shot in the shoot out it could of changed the outcome.

The conspiracy comes from saying the devils get away with a ton of crap. There is no favortism to the devils. I think the easiest way to see that is the stupid trapizod behind the nets.

I did see the penalty in OT and it was a questionable call. It goes to the question of incidental contact. I don't think he had control now whether that was because of the devils defenseman or not is up to debate. I didn't think that one should have been called personally.

I do however think that there was a couple times in the game that avery could have been called for bumping into marty. He is the kind of player that you love when he is on your team and hate when you play him.

As for the sabres fan saying Marty should have received a diving call I suggest you read the rules before make a post.

Now if you want to say he should have received a diving call for when he flew when avery shoved him then yeah sure but not when he is down and knocked over.

The correct call would have been no call.

To all the marty haters I will save you a seat when he is inducted into the hall of fame with the best numbers in the history of the sport.

Tom, I appreciate your honest reply. Can we agree to disagree ?

The Devils have had games this season where they werent on the penalty kill once (vs the Rangers and I believe Boston). I find it hard to believe that the Devils or ANY team plays a perfect game in todays NHL. I still say the Devils get the benefit of the doubt, and I know am not alone on this issue.

"Now if you want to say he should have received a diving call for when he flew when avery shoved him then yeah sure but not when he is down and knocked over." --- Brodeur didnt even get a penalty for going at Avery first, but Avery got a penalty for pushing back (and Brodeur acted like he got shot).

Either way - Regards.
