To all those naysayers who were upset when the Wild picked up some beef to toughen up their game have no beef coming. These players have been a force for the Wild in front of the net, in the corners and up to any challenges by the other teams tough guys. The team and Jock are happy to have them. Go Wild.

On the Canadian broadcast even, they were saying that was clearly a goal. Intent to blow the whistle? That was a strange ruling. Thank God it didn't cost them the game. Out here I watch the games on the Center Ice Package so was interesting to see the Flames announcers so bummed out after the replay, and then clearly as stunned as everyone else when it was ruled a goal.

I'd much rather face the Avs in the first round of the playoffs. But either way, time for the Wild to man up and get ready for the real grind....

WOW!!! Congratulations to the WILD for winning the NW Division and finally defeating the Flames. I am looking forward for the playoffs and making a serious round for the Stanley Cup. That would be kool to see, The WILD raising the Cup in front of the team of 18,000!!!!
