Todd Bertuzzi is even a bigger wuss for hitting Steve Moore when the guy wasn't even facing him. Bertuzzi gets a little slap on the wrist and loses some of his salary. Big Deal! He get's reinstated by Mr. Hockey no nothing, Gary Bettman, plays for the Canadian Olympic Hockey Team, and gets to resume his career like nothing happened. You call that justice?

Bertuzzi is being punished... not only in monetary loss,but with this spot light on him for doing this.... every city he goes to he is asked about this over and over.... I think its getting to him.... there is two losers in this incedent....... todd and steve...

The fact of the matter is Steve Moore took a cheap shot at the best player on his team, you police these things in the game of hockey by fighting which Steve Moore was to wussy to do. He tried skating away and Bertuzzi tried protecting his best player on the team. You be a man for the cheap shot, turn around and fight a 6'3" 245 pound man for your actions.

The fact is that Moore's hit was clean maybe cheap looks pretty accidental, but clean. Bertuzzi grabbed him from behind, punched him, and threw him to the ice. Not clean. Bertuzzi bad. Can't lay it out any clearer...

Moore's hit wasn't exactly clean. Naslund hadn't touched the puck so it wasn't legal to throw a hit like that. The league was asking for trouble by not taking care of business and suspending Moore. Stars need to be protected one way or another.

Your a Dumb Ass Tim it was no accident |

Tim Your a dumb!!!!!!

It was an unfortunate incedent. Bert didnt mean to do that much damage. It was payback for a cheap shot. It happens all the time. The only difference is someone got seriously hurt this time.

So he actually knew and intended to break his neck??? |
|||
come on tommy. you know bert didnt mean to do the damage that he did to steve...... it was an unfortunate end to what was to be a simple act of payback...... it happens [the payback] in just about every game played in the nhl..... or any sport for that matter......no need to call people names like that...... it makes you look like a jerk . like MISTER DEIM.. |
||||
Accident!!! that's like saying 9-11 was an accident. You don't skate up behind a guy and punch him in the head by accident. I personally believe Bertuzzi was trying to break his neck and end his career. Bertuzzi shouldn't be involved in hockey at any level. |

I cant believe that Moores parents are trying to get Todds money, what a joke..shock do to the incidence christ he has been playing hockey for a long time are telling me they have never seen him get hurt before or at least hit real hard, thats such a joke now they are trying to take advantage of the situation, Steve is a big boy he doesnt need his Mom and Dad fighting for him any more, they should be ashamed of themselves trying to get rich off of there sons injury. Bert do us a favor and give this little bitch his money and then hopefully he will go away for good. Moore strikes me to be the type of guy that will ride this forever just to keep himself in the limlite, every 6 months it will be somethging else. Please Steve just go away your not the only player that has had his career cut short do to injury even though you are acting like you are, you were/are a below average player at the very best that potentially might not have even played again anyways so please just go away nobody wants to hear from you anymore. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BEAT IT WE ALL KNOW THATS ALL YOU WANT, you would not have made 17 million in your career its ludichrist for you to even think you deserve it.

Moore is lucky that he did not hurt Naslund seriously, his hit to the head on Naslund was just as cheap if not cheaper fortunatley Naslund did not get hurt as bad as Moore did, that being said if Moore just would have turned around a fought like he was supposed to he woulf not be in this situation today, Moore is to blame & Granato is to blame (Moore should not have been on the ice at that point in time) Bert did not mean to hurt Moore he was just going for some on ice justice, its been happening since the begining of time. |
||||
Are you kidding me Moores hit on Naslund was brutally cheap. |
||||
|
Moore should of thought about the hit he laid on Nazzy before he wines about his injury. Bert was only protecting his buddy Nazzy,and ended up wrong place at the wrong time.
