Rangers lose to previously winless Thrashers -

Full story: Newsday

Yesterday's rain showers helped refresh this parched area of the South. The Rangers' scoring drought - and a slow-to-react defense - remain.

No excuses for this terrible start. It seems like every year is the same. There's too much talent on this team to be 2-4. Renney needs to be held accountable for the terrible defense and lack of motivation. They let an 0-6 team skate circles around them.

The league does it's best to give the Rangers a chance to start the season well and the continue to blow it. The leauge wants the Rangers to do well but it never works. Another successful season for Cablevision!

Maybe Cablevisionless should consider putting a WINNING team on the primary sports channel instead of the non-high defintion channel 14. Even the New Jersy team gets a high def channel in NEW YORK! What the hell is going on?

GO ISLES!!!!!!!

The league scheduled the Senators twice in the first five games. Try again.

Too early in the season. Remember the Rangers stunk it up for most of the first half last season.

After 20 or so games then is the time to rethink things.

And Pock needs a couple more games before he's shown the door.

Here it is in a nut shell for you ranger fans. YOUR TEAM SUCKS. Example Hollwig. During the game against atlanta they gave the statistics for him. 120 games 3 goals 5 asists and 120 pim's. All he is out there to do is hurt someone. Like he tried doing last night. He doesnt know what hockey is. He is just blood thirsty. The league should suspend him for is actions last night.

It's too early. They have a lot of talent; I said it before, you get Drury going and he can put a team on his back. That being said, even after 5 games.....it's nice to be in first place instead of last place!

We never have to start on the road and never have to play back to back games. Opening against Florida? I understand that Ottawa is a tough team, but we did open the season against them or play them back to back

I don't want to hear any Ranger fans whining about their little wimp Prucha getting hit. It was a clean check, unlike the ones the talentless Hollweg gives.
Hollweg is the latest in a long line of Ranger jerks who had absolutely zero talent--Purinton, Orr, Avery, Ortmeyer, etc.
You forgot Mckenna, Oliwa, PJ Stock, Ndur...someone else posted his stats (Hollie-wig -weave)...the guy is useless I mean useless...and he cant fight almost reminds me of Barnaby but atleast Barnaby could get one or two punches in there! This guy if even is just an AHL player that got here by some unknown reason. The bottom line is the Rangers lost to an 0-6 team last night...Exelby is the man! And Shanny honestly should have been given a misconduct...but when your Shanny and stilll living in the glory days you can escape under the radar with anything!

Drury isn't a player that can carry a team on his back

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Gemini

You're in a very erratic mood today, making you restless, edgy and nervy. It may be almost impossible to settle to anything for long, because, as Mercury slows, you soon lose interest. If life becomes boring you'll want to liven it up in some way and it's likely you'll choose the most disruptive and controversial option you can think of, even though you know this will cause trouble.
