Simon Gagné Biography

Simon Gagne, who plays Left Wing for the Philadelphia Flyers in the National Hockey League, was born on February 29, 1980, in Sainte-Foy, PQ, CAN. He stands 6 feet and weighs 195 lbs. He was drafted 22nd overall in the 1998 draft by the Philadelphia Flyers. Playing for Canada, he won gold at the 2002 Winter Olympics and 2004 World Cp and silver at the 1999 World Junior Championships and 2005 World Championships.
