Winnipeg would not be the most northerly outpost, unless you know something that I don't.

I hate it when people state "facts" without doing the research - both Calgary and Edmonton are further north than Winnipeg. Believe it or not Winnipeg and Vancouver are almost equally as far north.

Gee, did you know that some of Canada is further south than the northern tip of California? Do we have to wear snowshoes and live in igloos there too?
