Just like in 2006 when the Twins were going to the playoffs the hottest team in baseball. Or last season when the Vikes were the team "nobody wanted to meet in first round" then missed the playoffs altogether....just let the teams play one game at a time and ignore how "hot" or "cold" they are. Streaks mean NOTHING going into postseason! Friggin' homers!
