I don't want to get rid of him... I just don't want them to give him a raise... He is a one dimensional 20 goal scorer, he shouldn't be making more than 3 mil

Sauer looked good. He wasn't a difference maker or stood out compared to Stall, but for his first ever NHL game he did his job. Hopefully a sign of good things to come.

If these two teams met in the playoffs (Finals) and Renney were still coaching, they would be playing 10 overtimes, and the goalies could take naps during the "action".

Too many one goal wins.
Not enough domination.
Sorry, they are not going to be contenders.

zherdev had to play a style of hockey he wasnt made for b4 with renney and now with torts he's scoring and seems to be in the play all the time. Antropov is just been good for us as well i say pay these guys, sather already overpayed for a redden i think these guys are more worth their weight than him. They dont need to make a mistake letting assests to the previous year success by changing their roster all over again. Torts already said he has been watching Antropov since he was coaching tampa bay.

i think under Tort's system zherdev can be a 30+ goal scorer, Gomez will show his worth more.

actually they dominate plenty... they just don't have any scorers... hence the one goal wins...

Although everyone cant stand Redden with his contract, I do think he has been playing much better hockey under Torts. Fits his style alot more. Not to mention Gomez.
