I hope Guerin gets to go the team of his choice. I hope the Isles get a 2nd round pick. Be patient fellow Islander fans/ It will take a few more years of tough medicine to undo all the self-inflicted damage from the Milbury Nightmare Years. Milbury was Charlie Wang's Rasputin!

Isn't it nice of the Piles organization leaving their fans in limbo for days now, not letting them know what's going on ?
Typical BS that Piles fans just take.
Go buy some ticket packages, maybe they will give you a hint.
athat is why they are the joke of the NHL.
Wake up dummies, wake up.
If you people would stand up for yourselfs,**** like this would never happen.
Stupid is stupid does.
Speaking of stupid, and the joke of the NHL. How's are the rags doing these days. Saw they FINALLY won a game. Guess you are now planning your cup celebration? lol

The Isles organization looks really bad over this, no question. You make a trade, it's agreed to, you announce it. This is nonsense, Mickey Mouse indeed.

Kallur,

Islanders NEVER announced a trade. This isn't on the Islanders. The media ran with this story... made it into something bigger then it was. The nonsense is the media's role in this.

Well unlike the Isles we have a playoff spot and are not purposely tanking games to land John Tavares.

You're gonna wish you did tank...1 playoff round and out. Wow, that'll impress the corporations enough to sell seats in MSG next year...what a legacy you have there.

In regards to this trade, nothing should have been mentioned to anyone until the ink dried on the deal. This is a bit bush league for sure, but we certainly don't need you Rags hypocrites over here reminding us. Get back to celebrating your 1 win.

Wrong,***hole.
Have fun with your playoff spot, the Isles have made the playoffs 4 of the last 6 seasons. You can pretend here on an Islanders article that everything so reat in Rangers land, but I know the truth. I know how Rangers fans feel about their team, their contracts, and their future. You can pretend everythings rosy while you post here, but you arent fooling me.

I've always like Bill Guerin and I hope he lands on a team that deserves him. Scott Gordon is a second rate coach and it shows. This is not the AHL, but he sure acts like he is playing in it. Islander fans thought it was bad when Milbury was at the helm. Snow and Gordon must go NOW!

To the geniuses criticizing the Isles for being the only club who isn't announcing the details of a trade, a similar thing is happening in Phoenix with Morris. You know, Gretzky's team.

It happens. Grow up, stop whining, and worry about your own team.

The Isles are 2-1-1 in their last 4. Yann Danis has let in 1 goal in his last 3 starts. What part of that is tanking?

Oh... and I wouldnt' be quite so confident about that Rangers playoff spot. It's looking a little shakier every day... though you should be glad the Isles did them a favor and shut out the Sabres.

If you really believe that they are purposing losing games, you're an idiot.

You Ranger fans really make me laugh. First, the Isles lose because they suck. Then, they no longer suck - they suddenly have the ability to win, but choose not to in order to get a pick.

That's all you're good for. A laugh.

The three stooges.....Wang, Snow, and Gordon. This whole organization is a joke. Why would anyone want to come here? Order next season's tickets now. Sounds like a Ponzi scheme.

I am so tired of hearing about the future. The future will never be bright because ownership is cheap and does not want to pay anyone. Even if we get some young stars who grow into something, they will let them go because they won't want to pay them also.

How many years do we have to keep hearing the same old story. Ownership has made a great franchise into a total joke.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Sagittarius

Moodiness is never far away today, making you over-react to problems and giving you a tendency to take out your feelings on your nearest and dearest. If someone asks you what's really wrong, you'll struggle to explain and may even have to give up because you can't put it into words. It's like an itch that you can't scratch, and you don't know where it stems from or what it means.
