The ice had the properties of a slurpee. At least the Joe has an ice maker that knows what he's doing. Might make all the difference. That, and having the last change at home

Three great series going to seven games. Tonight the Pens-caps and tomorrow Wings-Ducks wars continue. Great time of the year to be a hockey nut.The way the Wings-ducks game ended really highlights the mutual hate, no quit in either team. Corey Perry was a force to contend with last night.I think this years cup final has the possibilty of being one of the best we had in years.

Game 7! Let's have quadruple overtime, lots of physical play and fights. End at 4 AM with everyone physically and mentally spent.

Gotta wonder if that was intentional to slow down the Wings.

The DVR and remote are going to be working overtime.

Here's hoping the Ducks and Wings play about 7 overtimes, and batter each other into mid-morning Friday.

Doesn't matter if its Detroit or the Ducks, the Hawks are going to the finals.

Your Detroit team should be playing for the European championship. It seems like old man Chelios your only North American player.

I would be more than happy to put money on Detroit. We adopt great players! And they seem to want to play for us.

As far as U.S. Born, there is: Rafalski, Conklin, Abdelkader, and Lebda.(I think that's it, not really sure.)

Canadian (for you North American claim) there is: Draper (how could you forget Drapes?) Maltby (who I personally know to be a great guy!) and Osgood.

But I really am glad the halks have come so far and look forward to some good games!

GO DETROIT RED WINGS!

As you correctly pointed out North Americans are a small minority on your team. Let's support the team of the people, the Chicago Blackhawks.

You're right. And don't forget the 5 game suspensions for the stars on both teams' involvement in the stick-swinging, bench clearing brawl at the end of OT.

Unless the Wings are hurt worse than they are letting on. The Hawks will have another year to plan the Cup parade but they ARE close. Six games
